Nope! You can register at any time during the month/session. The fees for classes are adjusted based on the remaining duration, so you won't be charged for classes that have already taken place. If a class you want to join is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist until a spot becomes available.

Welcome! We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your class begins. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk. Our staff will guide you on where to go and introduce you to your coach. You can store your personal belongings in the cubbies inside the gym. For family members, we offer a viewing area in the lobby hallway, which includes viewing windows, a ledge, and chairs. After class, you are free to gather your belongings and head out at your convenience.

If you miss a class and your absence is recorded at least two hours before the scheduled start time, your account will receive a makeup token. Each makeup token can be used to schedule a makeup class of equal or lesser value. Makeup classes must be scheduled through the customer portal and are subject to class availability.

​It is advisable to wear active-wear or appropriate gym clothes during your training sessions. Most athletes opt for a t-shirt and shorts paired with cheer shoes or bare feet.

Our classes typically begin at the age of 5.

Additionally, we have a specialized class called Level 1: Minis designed specifically for athletes aged 4, 5, 6 and Tiny Tumblers class which begins at 3 years old. This classes serves as an introductory experience within the gym, where kids can have fun while learning fundamental skills of tumbling and gymnastics.
